There will be taxis outside the airport, tell them which ferry you would like to leave from. You want to take a ferry that goes to Cruz Bay(which is the only option) and you can leave from either location from St. Thomas. Those locations are Charlotte Amalie or Red Hook.

Tip: Buy ferry tickets online before getting to the dock and save to your android or apple wallet for easy access.

REMINDER: Make sure your ferry ticket and the location which you tell the taxi driver are the same.

•Charlotte Amalie is closer to the airport but a slightly longer ferry ride. (opt for this especially if you get car sick)

•Red Hook is longer car ride (full of hills and switchbacks) from the airport but slightly shorter ferry ride.

The Flamingo house is a rental that is very close to the venue and is one of our favorites. Great views and vibes all around! Flamingo house is about a 5 minute drive from The Hills. This rental is right in the heart of Cruz Bay and is actually just a short (very vertical) walk from the bars and restaurants in town (depending on how much of a challenge you want after dinner and drinks)!
